BAZI, DBA VirtuLabs is an emerging full-service interactive agency designing and developing digital experiences for large-scale installations, AR and VR.
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and highly creative Business Developer who brings a wealth of proven experience identifying, nurturing and acquiring new business and an active industry network to this newly created key position.
As Business Developer, you are a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and sound business judgment that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and stays on top of new trends in interactive marketing.
Responsibilities:

Manage all business relationships from cold introductions to pitch presentations and ongoing communication and relationship building efforts with target clients

Actively network at industry meetups, conferences and tradeshows

Draft and execute presentations, creative briefs, case studies and statements of work

Actively search, communicate and respond to RFI’s and RFP’s
-
Organize and present various reports under deadline pressure using best practices
Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including conducting formal presentations before both small and large audiences

Ability to set, evaluate and achieve business development goals and benchmarks

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain consistency and multi-task in a deadline driven environment

Outstanding negotiation and customer service skills

Ability to craft stellar proposals and gain support

Knowledge of sales and marketing tracking and reporting tools

Keen eye for design and user experience and demonstrating value to potential clients
Qualifications:

3-5 years of business development experience including familiarity with consultancy business models

Proven experience executing successful deals, negotiating and structuring complex work orders and agreements

Ability to work independently and achieve success in the face of ambiguity

Existing network of executives and decision makers of potential clients

An undergraduate degree
